Ms Samantha Swanepoel

Samantha joined Barloworld Equipment in 2014 as General Manager: Marketing. With over 19 years’ experience in the marketing field, Samantha started her career as a Project Manager for a direct mailing house in the UK. From there Samantha has held various senior management roles where her skills of strategic marketing analysis and planning, brand development and management, through the line communications, customer retention and loyalty program development amongst many other skills have contributed to the business’ bottom line. She has a passion for untangling and understanding customer behaviours and cultures and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly in order to really make a difference and grow the business and its people. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Doctorate
